Mortified, I hoped Liam wouldn't respond.
But he did.
And not with lolz or it happens,
but a confession that
he sees me that way too;
did I want to go to lunch?
I wanted nothing less.
It has been 28 difficult years.
Still, I'm honoured to be delivering this eulogy today.
